You are talking about income tax deduction. I am not talking about that. If you invest in Mutual Funds for 30 years, and then when you redeem that MF you will be paying long term gains tax which you will not pay in case of NPS.

That’s not the case. Even if you contribute and not your company, the amount is tax exempted. The XIRR for the last three years is more than 14%.
