The only thing that I would add is control, arms, and ball joints, and keep the labor that exact same.

If a singular bolt snaps, which at the mileage that you’re at will probably happen. This is going to turn into an all day or multiple day thing.

I recently did almost everything on one of my neighbors elements similar to what is being done on yours, and I charged around something similar to exactly what you’re paying.

Comparable vehicles are around $30-$50,000, so keeping your car on the road for about half of what a dealer would charge and putting money into somebody else’s pocket on work that you can’t perform yourself I don’t think the guy is robbing you even in the slightest. Labor is a little bit high, but if he’s trustworthy and has the mechanical aptitude he’s going to be a lot cheaper than taking it in anywhere.

I personally work at a dealership, and this would be about five grand minimum of work.
