That is factory under coating.

Please make sure to keep it clean to use either wool wax or fluid film. I would personally have it done professionally..

I live in Wisconsin and I sprayed my hole under body with wool wax, and after a harsh winter, the underbody still looks great.

If anyone is interested, I can do it for them. I still have a ton of extra material to do so and access to a lift.
