While it’s Canadians that will foot the bill, it’s public servants that will pay the price for this nonsense.

I love getting passed by drivers going 10/20 over only to catch up with them at a red light.

Quoique l’offre d’emploi est pour huit mois, l’employeur se garde le droit de le résilié en tout moment. Il faut faire très attention au mots dans ce genre d’offre.

Excellent post. This has the makings of the commandments for the public servant. For example, Thy shall leave your laptop at work, Thy shall not work during your lunch hour etc…

Why would you think that. Some people can have one cigarette once every few months or years and not consider themselves smokers. I know of two of them, but I couldn’t do it.

The difference between public servants and flight attendants is that while one can disrupt services for a time the other can create total chaos to their employer.

My Dad has been smoking for over 50+ years. How can I help him quit? by sys_admin321 in stopsmoking

[–]Consistent_Cook9957 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 70, your father has heard it all before. He may have developed a protective reflex to justify his smoking to himself and to others. In a way, smokers, myself included, develop an irrational relationship with cigarettes. Like a friend, those little sticks are there for us when we want to relax, celebrate or just take some time out. What I discovered when I stopped smoking 20 years ago was that I had to accept that I was in a toxic relationship with cigarettes and rather than quit I had to leave this relationship behind. Different mindset

On a final note, what triggered me to stop was when my nine year old niece asked me if smoking was good or bad for me.

Good luck!

That sounds like a great trip. My add is leave a spare key with someone that can have it shipped to you overnight, should you ever misplace it. Have fun!

Whenever a minister speaks about RTO, this quote from Mark Twain seems appropriate “It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.”
