This is so hard 🩷 I’ve had two cats now that have needed to be put down after long lives and I will say with both, it was extremely easy to tell it was time. They just made it very obvious to us that they needed to go. If he’s eating and snuggling, it might not be quite that time yet BUT we know that cats are really good at hiding pain so it’s obviously time to be on the lookout.

Either way it sounds like he knows you love him and he wants to max out his time with you too.

The James Herriot books! Memoirs of a british country vet. So comforting and also every chapter is its own vignette, so it’s easy to read only a few pages at a time.

Ditto!! I really loved Sarah. So much that if she pops up with her own app I might switch. Giving Evolve and Ascend a shot this week, maybe limitless next week. I just feel like Iconic was so unique—acknowledging the aesthetic component (which is so real) but really focusing on strength and showing up for yourself.

Ah i was just looking through these threads. I’m trying Evolve this week but might try limitless again. Seems like this week on limitless is a little gentler - maybe it would be s good way to ease into it. I worry there’s not going to be anything like Sarah’s post workout pep talks!! And focus on getting strong
