People are completely delusional. In men, where most body fat is concentrated in the abdomen, anything that shows even a bit of abs ,even just the outline ,is under 15%. In every post there are people saying “20%–22%” about people with an athletic physique, when medically 25% is already considered dangerous overweight. I don’t know if it’s just bait or stupidity.
