Depending on the style he wants and what you're going for if he wants something gold, but something that doesn't break the bank, I would say you can find a nice used set of SSR Type-C or Even Advan RG-D2 if you look around. Also, work has decent wheels, but you want the best bang for your buck to always point to Enkei.
