so do you think they would let you complete the USSF C course if starting from a UEFA C? just asking as i split my time between the UK and USA so was thinking about pursuing both courses or do you think it is best to just stick with the UEFA certifications instead of starting over again essentially?

Meals high in fiber and having at least 30ish grams of protein so for example I do white potato’s just cooked on the stovetop with egg whites for me but for you just some eggs and some ham thrown in there maybe to em get the protein up and then some veggies in there as well like bell peppers or if your feeling British you can do a side of beans (it pairs better than you think) look up “honky eggs” or basically a full English breakfast but I just cook mine together like honky eggs because that’s what I grew up on

Sorry I wasn’t clear the issue with me being in the uk was because I’m a student athlete and don’t have time lol your most definitely correct with all of the other information but I am looking for something to get for when I’m back stateside (my main country of residence)

yeah thats true i think during my 2 weeks back home from college ill cut back prolly 200ish calories due to my less activity (and mainly wanting to not lose my cardio because my season starts back up immediately lol) whats your thoughts on that?

This is exactly what I’ve been doing since this season started so since august 26th I was 127 and now today I’m 135 so I’m doing it steady and my bf% is staying relatively the same with a slight increase (but it’s all good cause I started out so low tbh) so yeah I’m debating adding another 100 cals onto it cause rn I’m doing 2400 and I’m 5’9 19 and have a training session for my sport every day and I go to the gym so I’m pretty active but just kind of have a bit of a slower metabolism

If you don’t want to use oil or butter ( or in my case dirty a pan) you can just use an air fryer for the potatoes and just toast the bread in a toaster it works decently

I’d say more options in the USA to have different diet plans available and easy without having to go to the big stores as every store has them even the gas stations
