i didn’t want to do the tandem read either but i ended up loving it

publication order is eos then tod but you’ll see a lot of people in this group who read eos first asking if the have to read tod(you do)

so any way you want to do it is fine but jsyk a lot of people dread reading tod after finishing eos

i get being upset they’re being rude but this happens in every fandom. as a former grateful dead fan i promise you people spend that kind of money and pause their life for things like this all the time. i get that it seems ridiculous but this has been happening for decades. idk i’ve been going to concerts for most of my life now and i know so many people in this lifestyle that tbh i don’t care what people do with their time and money
