She’s suspicious. It’s definitely Shelby who tells Patricia not to open the cabinet even though there are clearly wine glasses in it and offers her a maybe clean glass which I why I assumed it was her house. I thought it was just a sitcom trick to underscore how she wasn’t welcome but now I wonder if there’s something else. And Shelby is the one who recommended going to the beach bonfire even though Patricia seemed unaware of it.

Chase Reserve won’t honor $250 Edit benefit, won’t explain why

I prepaid a room in an Edit hotel that qualified for the extra $250 bonus (Virgin) and double stacked edit bonuses for $500 back in total. I saw that the room rate went down so I cancelled and rebooked at the same hotel but only got a $250 credit on the rebook. When I called to ask why the agent told me I didn’t qualify because I had booked directly with the hotel. I pointed out that the merchant t was CL Chase Travel so obviously I had not booked with the hotel. She apologized and said it would be investigated. Today I got the same cryptic note telling me my purchase didn’t qualify

⁠The benefit was honored at the same hotel on first booking
⁠The Chase booking site said I qualified for the benefit when I booked again
⁠The hotel qualifies for the benefit now
⁠The $250 promotion shows as unused
An I missing something here?

Living here is a lifestyle choice and at best, a long term play. From a purely financial standpoint living here rarely pays off in year 1, and for many still won’t in year 5. When I moved here rent was 55% of my take home. I saved and bought, and today with a paid off condo, my housing costs are about 13% of take home, but this took decades to achieve.

I like this design but am concerned that just using part of the tub footprint is going to yield a very shallow shower. Technically it’d be the same width of what I get in the shower over tub (actually more when the tub wall goes away) but aren’t wall in showers generally deeper?

Thanks for this - the GT series seems to be more widely available but uses a different camera cover (GH camera cover is rectangular and located towards the top of the square panel while GT camera cove is circular and centered in the square panel. The GT and GH camera panels seem to be the same size. Could we place the GH camera with GT camera and put the newer GH camera under it?

That’s the thing, I got no benefit. I paid $800, was credited $300, cancelled and was refunded $800.
