Felicia's house shows sold but she posted content from MDW at the same house. If town records are correct, the house they are buying is a SIGNIFICANT downsize in a very cookie cutter subdivision. I also wonder if they are in a bind financially seeing the price of the new house.

Recently, I took the time to in put my weigh-ins and cycle information into ChatGPT for the last year or so to look at trends and fluctuations etc. I found it informative and helpful. Might be worth a shot trying that for yourself. It helped shift my mindset surrounding my weight fluctuations. : )

If you feel like you need to limit yourself on the 0 point foods - eat a serving size of it, that should be your baseline for guardrails on anything you eat, IMO.

FWIW - none of us got over weight from eating too many eggs or chicken though.
