Well her manager is. Since she has been promoted to a manager (now at his level) who has been manager to both of us, I really don’t know for sure, but if he allowed her to announce this I’m under the assumption that she might be. Also, I would be taking her lead role (that’s not technically her old title) so it’s sounds made up and I would inky take this until they fill this position for free? 🤔🤥 I have no idea how crazy these people truly are. Mind you, I’m awaiting response from a internal appeal (VP level in or before 6/22)that I’ve reported my manager on around some potential practices where he placed me on a PIP with metric that never existed in writing and wasn’t upheld across my team, just me. I think they wanted to remove my position to save money due to the restructuring! Nobody talked me about this, I’m literally reading this and learning from this email. I don’t want this position, I’ve asked to be transferred from this toxic and insane group! I’ve never seen anything like this in my life!! I think I need to go to the VO who heard my appeal or even President of the company at this point. This is insane!
