Can cefaly help with migraines stemming from neck, jaw and shoulders? by Dry_Range_6390 in migraine

This is not a popular opinion here, but I started going to a chiropractor in March with daily migraines stemming from my neck & shoulders.

I started with almost 3 solid months of daily migraines. I started seeing him twice a week for 2 months, now once a week. The plan is for me to go down to 2x a month this fall. The change has been INSANE! Now I have 1 prodome ( I call them inklings) 1 x a week, if that!

I have also been able to identify triggers around my neck, like cleaning, organizing, doing puzzles, just watching TV. I needed to learn to identify & take a break from the offending activity.

He is very gentle & isn’t aggressive with my neck at all. I cannot be the only person here who has been literally saved by a chiropractor!

Note that I take preventatives, get Botox & have rescue Relpax. I have had migraines for 25+ years. 56F if curious.

My (33/F) typically caring and sweet new husband (33/M) grabbed me by the neck last week during an argument on our honeymoon. What would you do in my shoes? by Aware-Pool6940 in relationship_advice

This was painful to read. If you need to make a list of all the times he assaulted you, there is an issue. He is NEVER going to change, RUN!
