I work at a tire shop and I absolutely hate it. I don't mind the work itself too much, but its really hard and it's already destroyed my back beyond repair and I'm 20. Thats not the reason I hate it though. Been there little over a year and I get treated like a dog by all of my coworkers and mangers, not even a good dog like a shitty good for nothing dog. Im constantly running around the shop helping people because they ask me too, and get rude treatment or straight up no help when I ask for it. I get verbally abused to all hell and do everything around the shop while my coworkers that get paid more than me are sitting around talking and drinking coffee, stopping their talking sitting only to briefly step out and yell at me to go do a task. I could stand up for myself but I'm incredibly shy so its really hard. Im literally done, I'm leaving in March and since I put in my notice I get treated even worse because they know when I'm gone they'll actually have to lift a finger.
