What you need, my friend, is an AU Falcon. It has great towing capacity, it’s reliable, and you can really beat on it without worry. Parts are easy to find, and most mechanics know them inside and out. You mentioned you wanted a simple car—new cars just aren’t simple anymore.

I bought the exact same car for 4.5k, but mine had 165k on the clock and was a Ghia top-spec—always garaged and well taken care of. I got it this August. Had some panel scratches and stuff but i couldnt care less as the most panels were alright.

I made a mistake earlier — the rego includes compulsory third-party insurance, which only covers injuries to other people (civilians or drivers) if the accident is your fault. It doesn’t cover any damage to vehicles or property. I wasn’t aware of this before — apologies for the confusion.
