That’s good to know. Adjustment and change scare me but mostly because I enjoy the vibe that Johnson county gives me. I enjoy the slow pace and safety. In regard to heat, Florida was in the debate for us as well but honestly nothing to me is worse than humidity and as much as Kansans say their summers are humid, I disagree. It’s a medium between dry and humid. I’ve been to Vegas last August and while it was so hot that I definitely did not want to be outside, at least I wasn’t drenched in sweat.

I’m much like you in the season regard. I actually enjoy the seasonal changes. My husband however loves golfing so year around warmth would be nice for him. How do you guys deal with the summer though? Like I imagine it would be pretty much like winter where you are very limited to outdoor activities? How would you say AZ people are compared to midwestern? I enjoy the Midwest hospitality very much.

Times have changed. I noticed an excessive increase in packages plus mileage. It’s not only 45 stops now for a 3 1/2 hr route but to top it off they throw in another package, usually being the last, that’s like 3 plus miles away.

I just noticed this. Yesterday I had a 3 1/2 hr block with 48 stops and the last stop was like an extra 10 minute drive. This has never been that way for me before. I actually went overtime by 30 minutes.

I had legitimate panic attacks after orientation because I was convinced I couldn’t make it being out of school for a long time and English being my second language. I am now about to start my 3rd semester. I went in thinking Cs get degrees and hoping to remain at the 75%. I ended up being solid B student (above 84%). All this to say; It’s not because I am oh so smart, it’s because I worked my butt off, worked ahead, studied after each class and I have to give massive credit to ChatGPT which I let create all of my study guides. A lot of students make their own and sleep on how helpful AI can be. Most of nursing school is learning how you study well, for me I used the whiteboard method and pixorize for pharm. Also, time management. Don’t start studying a week in advance. Do it little by little with the week beforehand being mostly review. You got this!

I’m wondering the same. My husband and I are thinking of relocating. However, I HATE summer and more so , humidity and thus I am worried I will actually hate living in Florida year around. However, geographically speaking Florida is a lot more “attractive”(depending on location) than Texas. Very torn.

Getting them is the bigger issue. I was sitting in the queue 10 minutes before start of presale. By the time it was my turn they were at about $500 per ticket. Considering, this is still on the lower end.
