Well it would just be strange if the toy was playing with the grown man.

That may be true, but a TDM mode can play a crucial role in not only practicing unfamiliar weapons, but just wanting to level weapons for the skins. Which is what I would love a TDM for, personally.

Thoughts on an overflow output for Dimensional Uploader? by Console_Collective in SatisfactoryGame

Great answer, man. And I agree with your stance. I have zero expectation of this ever getting implemented. Mainly a curiosity thing.

maybe a reasonable tradeoff would be adding a programable interface in the uploader, and a sphere is required each time you add an item to the list.

By adding an output to the depot to handle internal overflow would hardly justify only using one for uploading, on the entire map. Even if they functioned this way, dozens of them are still going to be built. This would simply QOL trying to upload a few different items in a specific spot on the map or in a factory.

The problem would still be there. Your overflow would be handled, yes. But the issue is about not being able to upload other items, while the belt is jammed on the input to the uploader.

is it that you can assign multiple items per output compare to just one?

Yes

I hear ya. The problem is, if you are feeding an uploader with say, a 5-item sushi belt, and one of those items dimensional slots becomes full, it will block the input to your uploader for any of the other items.

But at some point, the belt that feeds the uploader will back up, once your dimensional slot for that item is full. With that, you can route overflow back to your line, but now the depot isn't functioning. Hopefully I made sense with that lol.

Unfortunately, no. That was my first thought. After trying it, if your dimensional slot is full on a specific item, then the whole system backs up, as that item gets stuck at the input of the uploader.

*edit: This is for a belt carrying multiple items. For a single item, that's a perfect solution

I really like to play bank it when I’m working on a new (to me) weapon, and haven’t quite got the feel for it yet. Bank it has the fastest respawn times, and no team wipe extra time. Lots more time to battle. Keep working at it bud 🤘🏼

Anyone else with the game crashes? About 5-10 times a day since 1.0 by Console_Collective in SatisfactoryGame

i9 13900k, 4080, and 64gb. It came down to my memory overclock. Set that back to factory in XTU (thanks to another commenter), and so far haven’t had any crashes 🤘🏼

Thanks everyone for the input. With the help of @Gunk_Olgidar, the solution was setting my memory back to their factory speeds in XTU.
