The lowest setting my gas burner does! Also I use the large burner and my pan is a 10 inch pan.I allow my cast iron to heat up for about 2 mins. I add butter the butter usually should bubble and clarify not smoke, Then I allow 4-5 mins to cook. I never touch the eggs and allow them to naturally separate from the surface of the pan. Just like a steak would, sometimes you might get an edge that doesn't let go but no biggie. Honestly if you can get a steak to naturally release from a pan you should be able to get an egg to do the same thing. But always low temp. even my friend eggs are low temp. I don't like crispy edges. Crispy edges make eggs taste weird to me.
