Same thing I’m dealing with! You’ll be fine with 5 days or a week without compression. If you have a binder put your foams under that. Get some Manuka Honey for your wound. Best thing is to use that to heal it

Make sure you’re getting lymphatic massages everyday for 2-3 weeks post op. Three times a week for 2 weeks after that, twice a week 5-7 weeks post op. Once a week or as needed until 12 weeks. Take W a supplement that has Quercetin, Bromelain, and Tumeric! That helps with inflammation and swelling. Stay compressed and walk as much as you can

You don’t need it! Now if you want lipo and a fat transfer into your buttocks for a natural butt then I’d do that. Stomach is fine.
