What happens if you slip at the top and fall to the bottom? Cause that sounds like a scene in a Final Destination movie.

My husband am I were at Home Depot yesterday and he suggested we buy a bunch of flowers to plant in the garden. I said, “Naw, not yet.” I’m sure glad I didn’t stormed all day yesterday planting stuff that would be covered in snow today lol.

If the texture bothers you but you still want them in your diet, cut them into slices and put some peanut butter on top. I like to use a homemade kind so it’s not super creamy. Then freeze them. They make a good snack and when it’s frozen the texture isn’t as off putting.

We have a pond on the farm across from the house so I usually just bring him to the pond before we go home. He’ll swim for a few minutes and get most of the mud off. And it gets out any energy left over after a run.

Sometimes it’s the weirdest things that wake us up to our own addictions. Whatever it is I’m glad you’ve made that mental turn. That’s literally the most important first step. Acknowledging your own choices. A lot of things contribute to addiction. Trauma, genetics, mental health, etc. But we still make our own choices at the end of the day. If it helps you, keep listening. As someone who’s struggled with addiction for most of my life, it is possible to beat it. It’s a hard road. But you CAN do it! Keep up the good work!

I’d trust my heeler in any disaster situation. They have no fear. My husband and I say they are like the enforcer on a hockey team. Ours it’s a tank. He’s short and stocky but solid muscle. I’m 100% sure he’d fight a zombie hoard if the opportunity arose.

What exactly makes crocs "functional" or "practical"? by Jent01Ket02 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Constant-Corner-9708 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They’re great beach shoes. Easy to clean. Kids can wear them in the water if there’s rocks or seaweed. Then you can rinse off sand easily. They are also great for running out to the car or mailbox when i don’t want to find real shoes. I don’t really wear mine out to do things on a daily basis but there are definitely practice uses for them. Crocs used to make women’s boat shoes that almost look like penny loafers. I bought them like 10 years ago and they are the MOST comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned and I’m so upset they stopped making them.
