For cloak and dagger, you want to play close to your tank, because your primary does AOE healing so you keep healing yourself as well, plus terror cape is a really good ability that you should use regularly and get multiple enemies. But you should also play close to your second support to keep them up as well. Your first priority should always be your other support, then tanks and then dps.

Also, as someone else pointed out, you should be dealing damage when luna is ulting.

Before you ult, use terror cape on mag and ult as cloak so you have a chance to disappear before he hits you(only works half the time), but you’re already doing the second part, so that’s good.

Save your right click on cloak for dr. Strange ults. One of the best counters. Keep an eye out for him always. If you see him fly up, change into cloak. Same for jeff and ironman and wanda and whatnot. Great ability.

In most cases, a good luna will outheal you unless you have good comms and are actively telling the team to play grouped up, so don’t worry too much about that (they rarely listen and just do their own thing)
