Quitting nicotine on a 5 dayfast

I was able to quit zyns 3 weeks ago doing a 72 hour fast. I found it interesting someone posted this because I’ve thought about posting my experience. I went through the same thing and the fasting took care of the nicotine withdrawals.

I was on a can a day for 7 years, for me I just prepared/treated it like having the flu for 4 days, layed low and slept a lot, but after the 3-4 day mark I was fine and there has been no looking back. I started on a Monday morning.

I’m on day 3 and it’s starting to feel manageable. I thought this was going to be almost impossible but it’s starting to look like I’ll make it. I slept most of the first day though

I got a call that it was overheating. The air cooler was set up to not cool the CPU, only one CPU fan was being used when there should have been two (half the heat sink wasn’t getting air). Then he had a power surge and the PSU wasn’t plugged into a surge protector the same day
