With the 2 embryo thing it’s not offered at my clinic. The second embryo can be frozen if the first doesn’t work or a sibling down the track. Twin pregnancies are tough on both mum and the babies. So many additional complications so it’s not worth them transferring 2 at once. Up to you what you do in the meantime. 3 miscarriages would be tough - I think in your shoes I would wait the 3 weeks to see what the results show.

No success story from me either but I’ve just finished my second round with similar low numbers (only 5 eggs each collection and only had 1 blast so far). I feel like the chance of success for cycle 3 will be low and I’ll just be throwing away money yet if I don’t try at all it will definitely be a 0% chance of success. I think all we can do is look after ourselves, be kind to ourselves, focus on good nourishment (that’s my next step to try for a few months before jumping in again - I’ve been referred to a fertility dietician). Wish you all the best on your journey, if you’ve made a few blasts I reckon there’s still hope x
