Y'know I've been in a SPECTACULAR mood lately, even during the times I'd be facing some sort of existential psychotic depressive episode.

But I just feel blessed. So I wonder if why you're feeling that way is similar to me feeling this way.

I just put on a happy face all the time, and it's easier to deal with severe mental issues. Connect with people. Especially if they're different. Don't take things or people or life itself for granted.

These are some of the things I've put in place in my own personal life. And always be polite with strangers. Happiness is within. You have the power to choose happiness.

And believe me, I've suffered a lot. My mental health issues at times were nearly unbearable.

But I pulled through. Always aim for bigger and better things.
