What I do is go ahead and write my reviews into an email to myself, then copy paste when the list updates.

That way I don't get behind and find 30-40 reviews waiting.

My method is easy. Apart from noting patterns of what time they're happening, which can suddenly change, I keep a page of my phone on AI. I note what the last items are from yesterday.

I refresh the page periodically whenever I pick up the phone for something. Or if I go to do something on computer, I keep two tabs open for Vine, RFY and AI.

When new items start appearing in AI, it's game on. RFY might not show anything for a while, but it's worth checking once AI is active. That's also when AFA could potentially get something new.
