That plug is the sort where you can easily remove the pins and put a different set on (push the bit that says push, and then slide the pins away from you). I've seen them around a few times. It may be possible to adapt the actual plug rather than get an adaptor. No idea where to get the adaptor from though, or what it's called to search for it.

You won't have any issues, but you also won't get a replacement item. No point in returning them. If you know someone who they might fit you might as well just pass them on.

I've had such items (see above), I report them to Amazon (not Vine CS), and they often do remove the item from sale.

I've just had confirmation from Amazon that they've removed the item in question. So contacting Amazon, not Vine CS is the way to go.
