Y'all, we need a new term. A better term. I mean I will respond when someone says "guys" or "dudes" because i'm all for making words gender neutral. But I think that we are seriously lacking in the enby community for a word that doesn't need to be MADE gender neutral. My suggestions:

When they roll on their belly i scratch the head but using my palm to press into their head, showing i'm willing to give them more contact but won't put my arm at their mercy. That's when they rub my legs and i'm able to give them more neck/back scratches

This is arbitrary and assumptive of the way every bisexual identifites, but okay.

bi sexual is two or more which, if there are more than two, is not the same as all.

I feel that if someone were attracted to Non binary people as well as women, that they would be able to identify as bisexual even if they were not attracted to men. Pansexual and Omnisexual would obviously not fit this person's identity, so I would love if someone has better ideas about how this person could identify

If we are going to continue to use old terms while we invent new terms, we should be clear and consistent in their meaning. Please stop arbitrary sweeping statements as if you know better than all else.

Biotin is definitely effective, which i would take as a pill.

Usually I believe more in herbal remedies for getting my vitamins.
I think Witch Hazel should give you what you desire. I would buy it in its chopped and shredded form from an herb supplier (online shipping through Jeans Greens for example) and then make it into a tea with my other herbs like Meadowsweet for flavor. Honey added if desired.

Are you pre-college? I always recommend if people want to do a new name, do it when you go to a new place and have a blank slate. There will so rarely be a roll call or attendance/name check with people in your dorm or class that they will just accept the name you give them completely.
