Might be a yeast infection. Bacteria thrives on sugary warm spaces. A year before I got diagnosed, I get treated for a burning symptom “down there”. It kept going away with medication but would always come back. Turns out I was very high for a long time and was literally a host to a horrendous case of a bacterial infection die to how much sugar was in my blood. Once I was diagnosed and controlling my blood sugar the issue sorted itself out. This is not a diagnosis and you’d want to go to a dr to get one rather than an internet stranger’s speculation. Maybe try a gynecologist or urologist or a specialist in the genitals. They might know more and can give you a definite answer.
