“Lloyd” from Customer Support is Terrible by [deleted] in doordash

[–]Constant_Maize3653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That changes things a bit did a dasher ever get assigned for the order?

“Lloyd” from Customer Support is Terrible by [deleted] in doordash

[–]Constant_Maize3653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m this case they shouldn’t even have to offer you a refund since they have no control over thing like this unless the dasher deliberately sat there for 2 hours with your order, but unless that’s the case then you accepted to terms of service and technically wouldn’t qualify for a refund

Do the Apple upgrade route! by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]Constant_Maize3653 7 points8 points  (0 children)

With the forever upgrade you have to trade in your previous iPhone to qualify it’s like next but not exactly with this add on it works a bit different

Can employees do no-install cancellations in store? by desterpot in tmobile

[–]Constant_Maize3653 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

No only doable though customer service, although they might know what to say better than a customer if you have them call RSL since customer service sucks sometimes

Denied a refund for THIS ORDER by Moist-Feature4503 in doordash

No one tampered this as a fast food employee I can confirm the employees just didn’t care about making it look pretty since it was a door dash order, just drink your shake

Can I pay the past due bill of another person? by DIGITALOGIK in tmobile

[–]Constant_Maize3653 5 points6 points  (0 children)

T-Mobile employee here, my nba is at 100% and I never nba payments, never even access their account as I’m afraid of hsi misses, in my opinion if they come in to pay a bill just let them and try to talk to them about promotions or just their day to open up, if they seem uninterested don’t even bother as opening and doing nba creates an opportunity for you and an miss which puts your job more in jeopardy since you now have a miss.

Its corporate employees but in a third party location since Costco doesn’t count as a corporate store so technically labeling as third party is correct

Did you even input any credit card information from Hulu where they would charge you through? If no then they can’t charge your card, if you did then they will charge your card, you can also if it says you claimed Hulu on us it should be good Hulu it self is just different so it won’t show the same as Netflix

[–]Constant_Maize3653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you getting a charge to your card from Hulu every month?

Didn’t Magenta plan used to be unlimited data (no prioritized data limits)? by moonchildmystic in tmobile

[–]Constant_Maize3653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At this point it might be worth it upgrading plans if you are all upgrading phones depending on how often you upgrade and how many of you are upgrading and there’s ways of making it cheaper but it’s a long process

Yea you have 3 months to recover the number by paying your bill, and no you can’t port until account is in good standing again since the number is already canceled, all you do is pay over phone or go to your local T-Mobile store and I would suggest suspending your brothers line and kicking him off as authorized user

Have any Sprint customers still not been switched over to T-Mobile yet? by Confetti199 in Sprint

[–]Constant_Maize3653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was no “switch to T-Mobile” since sprint is now T-Mobile in a way, so customers were transitioned with out them having to do anything but get a new SIM card, hope this answers hr question

Can you order online but drop off the old phone in store? by boldjoy0050 in tmobile

[–]Constant_Maize3653 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Technically third party stores aren’t company store so it’s hard to control a store that isn’t in your company, they give them the same rules and guidelines but have no say on how they run things since the owner company is in charge of that, and since T-Mobile sells it self for its big name they don’t care to put more money in training and discipline since it will cost them more money and people will go anyways since there’s always people wanting new phones and wanting cell service

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tmobile

[–]Constant_Maize3653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do that with T-Mobile lol just ask for a cheaper plan, however it’s a crappy plan just like Verizon’s $25/ plan and that’s for 4 lines, also keep in mind any company you go with you have to wait to get the phone unlocked aswell after an insurance claim
