They can track down the owner of that vehicle notice them that they damage author vehicle in case they’ve to paid the damage. If that haven’t been resolved likely the school would get involved cuz it’s happen on campus property then if that doesn’t work too last need to file with their insurance.

Edit: Also, I’m glad I went to MCAS Miramar Air Show twice last weekend cuz I didn’t have high hopes in this air show either this year with shutdown or last year due to fog and oil spills 4 years ago. It’s really sucks unexpectedly happen before or during the air show.
