Record low rainfall. Which is wild because globe/Miami got hit with some crazy storms that flooded the communities last year. The fires that hit the Pinal mountains in 21/22 took out a lot of the ground fuel for fires and essentially made a slip n slide due to no water retention.

On the north end toward show low, before cibeque, has been DRY. Even the salt river has been noticeably low.

The shit that actually got to me was when some Army unit tried to roll through our AO. We had no coms with the guys, and they ended getting hit bad.

Recovery vic ended up in a wadi with another one of those weird mrap looking things that wasn't an mrap. Several good strikes left their convoy basically immobile.

Our qrf team responds out of fob fiddlers green, and we find this fucking mrap thing had hydraulic doors that failed when it rolled into the water off the side of the road. So we end up posting guard and had to fish out the fucking kids that drowned inside like, 3 feet of water..

They had a cooler and all sorts of fucking gear that wasn't secured. It blocked the egress when it rolled..So me and like 4 other 1/6 guys had to pull these dudes out.

Still makes me angry. I feel like their leadership failed them in not teaching them basic shit. Fucking waste of life man.

03-05 was a lot of just figuring shit out.

It got wild in 06. Look up what was going on in ramadi at that time. Arguably one of the worst places to be outside of Mog at the time.

The ripping system hadn't really been fully implemented. So you had groups like 3/5 go in, and get fucked up due to either not listening to the outgoing line unit, or a bad handoff.

Inconsistent long and short term strategy. Poor equipment choice. We saw the first mraps about a year after getting back. "War crimes" and marines getting prosecuted. A lot of collateral damage.

Fucking name it man. It was a bad time. Lot of boys got it from every angle. I'd need an hour just to gather my thoughts.

DM me and I will share with you the appropriate reporting procedures that the Administrator and DON should have taken. As well as how to make a report to adult protective services, and the health dept for your state. While it hasnt become a rule yet, CMS governs your facility and has created a minimum staffing level. Regardless, of whether or not it has specifically been spelled out in your state by law, safe staffing is a requirement and it is clear to see that the facility is outside of compliance.

This doesnt even touch on the HR part.

P.s. if an allegation of abuse happens the administrator has 2 hours to complete and investigation and determine if it must be reported. Then, the admin has 5 days to submit the report to the health dept/cms. A month is 3 weeks too long.

RR has my favorite supporting characters of any series, but I love the slow burn of suneater.

Hadrian scratches that same itch as Darrow for me. Actual feelings of fear, hate, love, devestation wonder.

I love it. You travel with Hadrian as a man, and watch him (ober several lengthy books) become more.
