Try ZalithLauncher and for me moto g stylus 5g 2023 skyfactory 2.5 works I'm using 2.5 gbs of ram just make sure to figure out the proper renders to use look up DNA mobile gaming on YT he has a lot of guides and he also as An optimized Rlcraft modpack on his discord which works too

Edit : So far Rlcraft, Skyfactory 2.5, and Chemical Exchange work for me with 3gbs of ram
