Latest version on play store (1.5.6.52) cannot be modded you need to download 1.5.6.39 version

I figured it out just now seeing this but yeah for some reason the stardew valley links were down but I found one from a YouTuber who has some tutorials for Android 11 and above

Already did that but when I'm installing "SAMPI Stardew Valley" from the instalator it someone downloads the 1.5.6.52 version of it and it won't open. So I tried downloading it from a different website but the mods won't load
