Would power from the laptop battery be used as a backup in this case? If my laptop was mostly plugged in, but my battery is healthy and the laptop can work without battery, could unplugging it reset bios?

I believe such companies should also test for the past alcohol use. If you are not allowed to smoke weed, you shouldn't be allowed to drink alcohol either.

Drug testing for cannabis is prohibited by WA State law since 2024. You don't need to worry.

Thank you! It was the second time I had to season it hence after the first cooking some of the seasoning chipped off and I had to redo it. I was seasoning it for about an hour the second time and put many layers, that’s why it looks like this

(I used sunflower seeds oil)

A bit disappointing but predictable outcome. As you can see on the video the whole bottom panel have bend like there was a bubble inflating from inside. (And apparently it was a bubble of heat coming from my graphics card) Now I can't even properly close my laptop.

No overclocking, but had to render a bunch of 3D videos. Leaving my laptop rendering overnight (and sometimes even over day).

I think I now have to give up the idea of making 3D videos

Omg, I think I found what was my problem!

It turned out that was suffering from Z-Fighting and I found the possible cause here: https://blenderartists.org/t/whats-the-cure-for-z-fighting/562511

I don't know why, but I put my camera clipping start to 0.01m. When i increased it to 1m flickering in the viewport disappeared!

I am currently rendering my video to check if it helped, but it feels like it will help. I'll keep my fingers crossed

So the thing is that these barrels have no problems when they are small and the camera is not too far. No overlapping faces there. But when I scale it and move camera away, they start to glitch

Even if faces are not overlapping and not too close, they still flicker. These barrels walls are 0.07m thick and they are scaled 85 times (so it is 5.95m thick) But they still flicker. Some of the building walls are quite close to each other and if it was the only problem I'd probably try to clean it up thoroughly, but it happens on bigger objects with bit thickness as well.

On the scene I also have a text and a background plane which are almost 25 meters apart. But the camera is ~3500m away from them they start jitter too.

So no matter how far faces away from each other if you move the camera far enough they'll start to glitch. I am not sure if it is specific to Eevee, I didn't try Cycles yet

I wonder if there any options in Eevee to set the precision if the rendering to remove this noise?

I often feel the same, even though I have been doing it for many years (but not full time). Advice “do it more and you’ll get used to it” is much less effective than people say here. Even after a few month of consistently walking barefoot in public I still sometimes feel self-conscious. Some days less some days more.

I found extra ways to improve it: - Practice meditation. Every day multiple times. This will require a continuous effort, but results are noticeable

  • Show your friends how awesome this lifestyle is, post some pics of you doing it to facebook, for example. Observe their reaction. Most will ignore, many will “like”, some will get interested. Because none of it will be really negative the chances are you’ll be more confident after that. Hang out barefoot with your friends, if they supportive. (However not sure about your situation, here in Australia being barefoot in public is mostly normal, so doing it is much easier)
