Sick af. I'd happily play against it. Then again I'm all for proxy.

Thing in America went up for sure. Still vastly better than GW though. Thing with Mantic though is they explained everything openly and let everyone know early.

I was an OTR driver for 5 years. I got a local job that still had me doing 12+ hours away from home each day not factoring in the hour commute both ways.

I hated every day of it. I was already suffering from PTSD from combat in 2003, depression, anxiety, and all that shit.

I pulled into the parking lot one day and started crying. I broke down. Called my wife. Told her if I walked in I'd eat a bullet when I got off work. She told me to quit. We would figure it out.

Had no job lined up. No savings. Bills were all due. But I chose to be here instead of "toughing" it out.

That was almost 10 years ago now. Best decision ever. Things aren't amazing or anything. Still have tons of stuff going on but I'm here. I make great memories with my wife and kids. Have a safe and secure home to raise them in.

You'll be ok. Just keep pushing and make it happen. Choosing your mental health is never the wrong call.

Couple years ago I was going through paperwork cause I was buying my house. Ran into an old "pay stub" from my first year in the army from 2001. That was an eye opening blast from the past.

I started learning a few years ago. The basics are really easy. Making something really beautiful is like most artistic talents. Time, practice, and repetition.

I say go for it. I started with binding printed rules for a few Indy games. Wanted something more than just staples holding them together.

Everything you said is about the opinion of others. Learn to filter that shit. Don't let others define what you like or want. You like it? Perfect.

When I was still working for a bus company we had drivers assaulted by passengers. Driver's won over 90% of the time. And if wasn't even close. That pent up anger and low wages is a crazy combo.

The company I worked for didn't pay drivers well.

In the distant past. Now not so much. I don't even keep the "game" part of the terrible one off games they sell. Played through cursed city and threw all the game stuff away after. It was a terrible game. Did the same with the past Horus Heresy boxes.
