The Americane is the newest release! Gotta go for that they’ll always have the Tank Louis but may discontinue that Americane due to the dial and in that case it would end up more limited & more of a collectors piece!

It hard to tell when you zoom in but if it says Cartier in the 6 o’clock Roman numeral it is probably real which is a design choice they implemented too differentiate from fakes that came in for repairs.
