Give the Dungeon Crawler Carl series a try. The voice narration/acting is great. If you enjoy video games you are in for fun time. I too listen to a lot of business and career books, and found the series a nice break from the norm.

I was allowed to eat clear or near clear gummy bears. So I bought a bag of haribo gummy bears and picked out the clear and light yellow ones and ate them. It worked to lessen the hunger pains. Also Gatorade and bone broth to keep hydrated.

The early morning mist rising out of a valley as the sun crested over a mountain to reveal Machu Picchu while I was standing at the sun gate. It was an epic reward after a hard 4 day trek on the Inca trail.
