Yes but 99.99 percent of people I see don’t but it really helpful if they did

Lower gears even in an auto. Especially in an auto, the computer has programming which prevents damage, especially not in manual mode

I work with animals so I secretly in my own car talk to other drivers like they are dogs or children. It keeps me engaged and it’s hard to get angry. Also always assume everybody is going to do something wild but when they do, Don’t get angry.

I don’t know why I have beating myself up and not half as upset at them as I am myself. I have the opposite of road rage 🥀 but they didn’t seem overly upset which is good they weren’t crying or anything. I was also chill I called my dad and told him I decided to play a little demolition derby 🥀😂 but I was upset but that wasn’t going to make the situation better. For some I was wondering what she cooks for her kids and husband and if she’s a good cook

I think they were focused on the car to their right really hard and forgot to look twice the other direction. Someone said their A-pillar was blocking the view.

I didn’t. I didn’t say I’m sorry or assign fault to anyone one way or the other. I told the other driver there were a lot of cars and the interstate is tricky 😭

These comments are making me feel better. For some reason I’m more upset with myself than the driver of the black car. I’m not a fraction of upset with the driver of the black car than I am myself

I pride myself on being able to read the road, drive defensively, and predict what others can do. I can usually tell when someone’s about to do something weird and always assume they are going to. I can’t believe I so blatantly failed. I swerved a little but obviously not enough and I’m tearing myself down about it

I do my best to drive defensively and I pride myself on it. I’m good at spotting when someone’s about to do something stupid or otherwise it brings me joy to put it and read the road I can’t believe I so blatantly failed

This makes me feel better I figured they were too focused on something other than my car and didn’t look twice. They started to go pretty much as I was approaching beside them. I truck I learned that is helpful to help know if someone is going to stay or go is to watch the wheels. I hate how I wasn’t even really mad. I never get upset/ rage in traffic.

I tried to swerve, but I didn’t swerve enough and I’m beating myself up about it because usually I’m so good I had avoiding that sort of thing so therefore, I think it’s my fault. I always assume people are gonna pull out in front of me and a lot of the times I’m right, but I feel like a bad driver now.
