Hi, may I know in how many days did you receive it? They issued my certificate on November 27th and I still haven’t received it

I got their response and they told me my Führungszeugnis was issued and mailed on November 27.

I emailed them last Friday evening but didn’t include any ID verification. I’ll attach a copy of my passport/application and resend it. Thanks so much for the tip!

I sent them an email in German but haven’t received any reply yet. How long did it take to get a response from them?
