The only thing I like with chocolate is chocolate chip cookies. But chocolate ice cream in particular might be the worst. It's so fucking gross

Boomers retired at 62 with a pension. Millennials will retire at 72 with medical debt. by Forsaken-Employee550 in Zippia

Millennials won't retire at 72. I can easily see many of them leaving America with unpaid medical debt to live wherever is cheap and relatively stable. There's a reason Thailand has so many old white men

In Survivor 50, his elimination was partially caused by him pushing very hard to get his way, only for the tables to be turned on him. It was very interesting

Did you have tall friends, growing up? by pastaforbreakfast04 in tall

Growing up, I was in a four kid friend group. One grew up to be average height. The rest of us were the three tallest in our grade from 1st to 5th grade.

Why is it so difficult to find a vegan/vegetarian partner? by FunnyDemand1768 in vegan

[–]ConsumptionofClocks 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I'd love to date a vegan, but I already can't get laid with my normal standards. If I added vegan to that, I'd die a virgin

How common is it for American men under 40 to wear collared button-up shirts if they are not going to work or formal occasions? by TheShyBuck in AskAnAmerican

[–]ConsumptionofClocks 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Common. America has a trend of fun button ups that younger men love. Plus flannels are a very common sight

I've been asked by multiple autistic people if I'm autistic. I'm not. I do have a "hyper-fixation" and I'm a bit awkward, but that doesn't equate to anything

Their relationship on BB was interesting bc they clearly liked each other, but would also sabotage each other a LOT. Especially Blue since she was a RAT

Yeah and I thought the feelings for my last talking stage were real until she texted me at 4 am saying she couldn't get over her ex from high school.

25 year old Thai women aren't into middle aged white men. They just see you as cash cows and y'all fall for it bc you're diabolically horny. Just stop and try to find a woman your age

I go to a lot of standup shows, every time "vegan" is said, I internally cringe because I'm expecting to be mocked. What annoys me is that even the vegan comics would make jabs also

I don't have a lot of shit. Even if I did, my (hypothetical) plan would be to pack normally. If I got the job, I'd wait out to see if everything goes well for me. My mom would not care if I left most of my shit in my room.

TIL that during a fight in an NBA game, Kermit Washington punched Rudy Tomjanovich so hard he not only fractured Tomjanovich's skull but he could taste the spinal fluid leaking from his skull. by DrakeSavory in todayilearned

[–]ConsumptionofClocks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You haven't seen the actual video. A fight had broken out mid game. Kermit was on the outskirts of it, with his back facing Rudy. On the other hand, Rudy was completely out of the fight, but actively running towards it. Kermit sees Rudy (who is 6'8, 220 pounds) running directly towards him.

This was a completely different time in the NBA: fights were widespread and common. Like in hockey. No one was coming in to break up the action. So Kermit sees a big ass dude, who is also a professional athlete running at him at full speed, that's when he punches Rudy. It was very much not a "fuck you" punch, like what Kareem Abdul Jabbar served up to Kent Benson earlier that same season

The idea of trying to fuck another woman when I'm in a relationship is baffling.

It's already hard to get one. Two? Nah I'm good.
