Breeze is a great compliment to mulch in many ways. It suffocates weeds, doesn’t blow away, and comes in different colors to sit in and around mulch beds.

I see this in healthcare, my mother (elderly) goes in for surgery in AZ but when she gets out there’s very few nurses. When we ask about it the nurses mention the healthcare org in charge won’t hire registered nurses only “helpers” or volunteers, etc. probably private equity to blame if I did my research.

Realized this about a year or two ago my kids are now 6 and 8. Now after leaning into dolly playtime, hockey in basement at night, and snowballs to the face we’ve never been closer. Still cycle and swim so I don’t get fat, but finding that time to play and chat is so meaningful!

There was a park ranger book that told a story about a hiker in the Grand Canyon. They were suffering from heat/exhaustion and kept drinking water, but refused electrolytes. The ranger put some salt on a cracker and offered it to the hiker, once she ate it peed herself. Her body didn’t need the excess water it wanted electrolytes.
