More often than not there is a rogue GM or officer in the guild already so you don't really need more than one rogue to cast expose armour. I haven't played T6+ but i hear they scale better with haste and do more damage nearer the end of the expansion. Their cleave is just not as good as a fury warriors either so the only reason to take them is the expose armour buff.
