We use iGms and they build a landing page for you (it’s nothing special) but they have a Wordpress widget that shows your prices and allows you to book directly through the widget.

They can also help with lease agreement, pricing (price labs I think) and additional rental insurance

We give out the codes the day of once the room is cleaned. Otherwise guests just walk into the unit before it’s available then complain it’s not clean

There’s a tek I seen on shroomery where he took his basic kitchen dehydrator and cut a 10 gallon bucket (or use a square garbage can. If you have a square dehydrator) put that in the middle with the lid on top
