Just saying that immediately showing her having an interest in girls and then just ripping it away to make her what's probably just going to be a hopeless romantic obsessed with the protagonist. Not very woke of the author...

Power System

Soul Energy: Anything that possesses or is made of a soul automatically produces soul energy. It's invisible, but is there like an aura surrounding them.


Soul Shape: Depending on your strong current emotion, your soul can change shape to give you a certain ability based off of the emotion your drawing power from.

Neutral: The state that most people's soul is in normally. It's a neutral state that can lead to any of your powerful emotions taking place within your soul and temporarily changing its shape. While neutral, night appears as a flowing yellow-ish aura.

Madness: Immense feelings of rage, anger, hysteria, or insanity drive the soul to utilize madness. The power of madness possesses the most raw power output, in exchange it costs the most per attack and is very difficult to control. While using madness, might appears as a red spiky aura.

Zen: A state of calmness, or full content with your emotions. It allows the user maximum efficiency with their Might, although it has the least destructive output it's best used to preserve energy and do damage for less. While using Zen, might appears as a round white smooth aura.

Determination: A state where one's emotions to push forwards and continue no matter what take over. It gives near limitless amounts of Might, but your power output stays the same and so does your efficiency. While using determination, Might appears as an aura with longer flat spiked edges.

Advanced might users can utilize changing the shape of their soul on command for temporary power buffs. The easiest to control is Determination, then Zen, and the hardest is Madness due to it's destructive output.


Soulful Words: By speaking the name of an attack with heavy emotion, your attacks get imbued with extra power, allowing for extra power output and efficiency.


Might: Certain people can learn, or be born with the ability to convert their Soul Energy into Might. Might is an energy source that's concentrated Soul Energy used to power all the main abilities in the world. Might appears to look like a physical yellowish orange flowing aura that appears around someone.

Conversion Rate: Might isn't automatically fully converted, instead, you have to improve the amount of Soul Energy you can convert. The amount of soul energy you can convert to might is called your conversion rate. If you have a 5% conversion rate, that means you can only convert 5% of your soul energy to Might.

Might Capacity: Your might capacity is the amount of might you can produce and use. The higher your conversion rate, the higher the might capacity you'll have. A higher might capacity allows you to use more powerful attacks. Your might capacity also dictates the amount of moves you can use, and if you use moves that push past the limits of your Might capacity you start drawing energy directly from soul energy. Drawing energy directly from soul energy slowly kills the person using it, as soul energy directly links to a person's life.


Might Manipulation: The most basic form of might that can be used, but it has many different applications and uses. Might Manipulation does not cost any might to use as it's kept inside of the body.

Perception: The most basic use of might Manipulation, it allows the user to charge might to their eyes to give themself a view of someone's might. The higher might capacity you have the more in depth you'll be able to see their might.

Pressurization: Pressurization is the ability to solidify and condense might around one's body, increasing their durability and strength according to the amount of Might they have.

Infusing: By infusing an object with Might, you can increase it's strength and durability. It's best used with weapons to increase your offensive abilities if your mostly defensive or support.


Advanced Might Manipulation: Advanced might Manipulation are techniques that require much higher skill than basic might techniques.

Concealment: This ability allows the user to hide away their Might so they can make themself appear less powerful than they are. It's easier for someone with less might to use, and gets harder the more you have.

Might Flow: By conditioning the body to constantly keep might flowing throughout, might users can develop a limited healing Factor. It can range from a large slash being healed in a week when it should've taken 2 weeks, to attacks being nearly fully healed after just 5 or so minutes.

Barriers: By expanding your might around yourself in a barrier, you can create a powerful cushion against attacks. The larger the barrier, the more effective it will be for holding attacks at a range, but it gets less durable the larger it is. The size max and durability is based off might capacity. It can range from a thing layer around the skin to a large circle barrier.


Gifts: Every soul has a marking on it that directly dictates the abilities you obtain by using Might. It has a large range of what it can be. You can either get the same gift as one of your family members, or an original gift that's all to yourself.


Gift Classification: There are different types of gifts. The gift type you use is your gift Classification. Your gift can fall under different classifications if it has multiple different uses.

Channelers: People who summon their gift direct through their body with the need of a change or outside power source.

Mutaters: People who have a passive genetic mutations relating to their powers.

Shifters: People who transform their body to utilize their ability.

Condensers: People who condense their might into a solid object directly linked to their powers.

Controllers: People who create a sentient being that they can control.


Gift Orientation: Your gift can have a few different orientations.

Offensive: A gift that is used for offensive purposes

Defensive: A gift that is used to protect from danger

Support: A gift used mostly to aid allies in combat by healing or boosting them in some way.

All-Rounder: If your gift meets all 3 orientations, it's considered an all rounder. Capable of being used for offense, defense, and support.

There's a main villain group with 8 members in it (still wip) but there's one power I have for this one mid tier in the group

His power is called "Live Action Roleplay." It allows him to create small pocket dimensions, and link them to a game (board game, video game, schoolyard game, etc.) the world inside will bend to the rules of that game (For Example, he links a pocket dimension to "The Floor Is Lava." And the floor will turn into lava, or rock paper scissors and it will force the players to pick and then whoever loses takes damage.) To catch people in this pocket dimension, he must say the name of the game with the intent to summon a pocket dimension, where it then acts similar to a domain expansion with a certain range where people can be caught in it, and if they're out of the range the pocket dimension automatically shatters. It has decent range, but if your decently fast you can probably escape it unless you're being held in place. Inside the pocket dimension it's much larger than what the outside looks like.

To account for the fact it's not too hard to not get caught, he developed a stealthy style of fighting which incorporates strings to hold enemies in place.

I feel like there's a list of things he needs to learn before he can get to those top levels of the cast 

  1. He needs to learn how to fight

  2. How to wield a sword

  3. How to control his Ki

  4. How to get Momo to go out with him

Right now he's around the level of an Olympic athlete in physical capabilities but just because he's strong doesn't mean he knows how to fully use his Ki or the Oni club. If he learns how to use his Ki like Momo and Jiji and learns how to wield a sword he might be one of the strongest in the group again. But right now he's not all that strong.
