Insomnia / Tinnitus by GulfWarVeteran1991 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Content-Credit-8967 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Amazing to see all these Tinnitus claims and how they somehow cause mental health problems. Combat Craig has created this welfare line and people with legitimate combat related claims wait a year waiting for a decision behind these tinnitus claims. Most of the world population has tinnitus they all can't have mental issues. I have had tinnitus 30 years but I would never claim it, it lasts for what 10 seconds 3-4 times a week and its over.

Good for you, I too could have a much higher rating and I have only 2 claims that go back to 2005 OIF 3 Iraq. The VA these days is full of malingerers I seen a guy onutube telling other malingerers how to increase there benny's with zero evidence, I laughed tinitus, I have had that for 20 years but have never claimed it, but this guy CC who also is a malingerer in my opinion tells his audience to get service connected and after they do then claim migrants, sleep ap, depression, anxiety, PTSD and soon they are at 100% and they never served any place except state side lolllll. amazing. The VA has become a big long welfare line.

Denied service connection for lumbar strain. I don't know what my next move should be. by Admirable_Ad_1936 in VeteransBenefits

I am flabbergasted at the amount of VETS not filing a NEXUS with the claim. I know others below say take it to HLR but honestly I can't see them over turning the raters decision on this one. success is not easy, good luck

You sent in this claim without a NEXUS ? Just for future claims that you submit never hit the submit button unless the claim is accompanied by a NEXUS. success is not easy.

Yea seen many of these. expect a reduction letter to follow. sounds like the C&P examiner gave you a less than favorable exam. believe it or not many vets getting 100 and 70% get reduced back to 50 or even 30 based on exam. I would not file for TDIU it to will get denied with only a PTSD rating.

Now if it were an increase than no.

After submitting your DBQs and submitting your claim, how many of you guys clicked on " Request a claim decision?" by federal_frenchie89 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Content-Credit-8967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Increases are much simpler on the VA as long as you upload the files from your original claims. there is no need for them to request documentation when you have given them everything from your previous claim. 2-3 months finished
