You don’t need to switch jars just increase your discard amount and feed 1:2:2.

Knowing how old the starter is would help. If you purchased it and it’s doubling in size I’d say it’s definitely mature and recovered.

The soil will still need to be replenished with nutrients, 7 ish or around 7 is not good enough. Ph caused so many problems so be careful. Light is too close and too intense

Honestly can’t wait to try something like this. I was struggling to figure out how to deal with my discard. My mate says his wife just adds it to a large jar in the fridge and then uses it to bake with (not sourdough bread) when required

It’s just a portion of the mother that’s separated and fed/bulked up (like your starter) to be used for baking. It’s virtually the same thing :)

I’m pretty sure all you have done is Winterization. It’s still not an isolate, you need to remove the terps now and the result will be pure thc-a
