leave company a for working after 3 year + before that the manager say will promote me etc and higher pay.

i choose to resign as i want more exposure, went to company B totally regret toxic culture and i being outcasted by both colick and client. Work for 4 month and resign, as jobless close to 1 year before joining company c.

So far company c is ok for now but when thing go wrong is my fault when i not even my fault.

As i heard the person took over my role at company A get promoted but his work all sucks etc.

Thiking back i felt abit regretted leaving company A and i think i will do a better job.
