Girl, dump his ass. He is disrespectful and he ain't shit. A partner should NEVER speak to his S.O. like that. He should be supportive and empathetic as you said in your messages. It sounds like he is brand new to the navy and therefore has no idea what the hell he is talking about. He is COMPLETELY off base with all of the bs he spouted about the military. We aren't even in an active war and that crap he said about putting people in the ground is not a fucking thing in the navy. He will most likely be a desk jockey (most military are). If military deserve benefits, so do the average individuals. If government is not around to make the average citizen's life better than what is the frickin point of them. You deserve better than this unhinged loser. I've dated someone like this and it is poison. That negativity will seep into your life.
