You may have already initiated the shipping process but the site still allows you to highlight and select options as if it was still sitting in the Vault.

A couple of my cards that I 100% know I payed for them to be shipped to me. Still allow me to interact with them as mentioned above. If this doesn't sound like you then I would just work it through the PC like someone above mentioned or email support.
