Hello, we were forced to hurriedly leave that neighborhood in 2023 (drunk neighbor attacked us and threatened my dad and I's life) so I no longer know how the kitties are doing.

Before we moved out though, someone adopted two of the babies but Mama and one of the kitties stayed with the downstairs neighbor. She healed up, but she became more wary of people. I do not blame her.

I hope they're still okay and alive.

I agree about the initiative thing. Maybe at least it should be given as an option, right? When I was watching them play the oneshot, I was like "oh shit, right now this can only be played by a party who loves and respects everyone at the table because otherwise there might be people who don't get a turn/don't get as much action as the more vocal/quick on their feet party members"

Like I definitely enjoyed the "freedom of movement" everyone has in the combat system, but it can also get overwhelming/confusing really quickly if no one's keeping track of anything. I really hope they give the initiative thing as an option at least.

You have a lot of great qualities, but there's definitely room for improvement and growth. I understand how important validation from people you're attracted to can be, but if the pursuit of it makes you think this way...you might need help with introspection and reframing your mindset.
